Medical Volunteers Needed - Redman Triathlon in OKCThe Redman Triathlon has requested volunteers to staff a medical tent on Saturday morning through Sunday morning (based on when the last athlete completes the race). The medical tent meets the needs of endurance athletes, mainly administering IV fluids, wound care, and other first aid needs of the athletes. The medical tent is staffed by volunteer nurses, physicians, athletic trainers, and nurse techs. We are requesting NURSES and PHYSICIANS with IV starting skills, as well as experience in treating endurance athletes. |
