OKMRC Volunteers Needed at the Spirit of Survival Event in Lawton!
This will be Medical Reserve Corps’ 2nd year to assist with the Spirit of Survival, who marks their ninth year in benefitting the Altus, Lawton and Duncan Cancer Centers of Southwest America. The multi-race event in downtown Lawton is set for Sunday, October 5, 2012, from 7 am to around noon. If you are interested in assisting with the Super Kids Zone, that event will be operational from 2 pm to 4 pm. Clean-up begins shortly afterwards.
Medical Reserve Corpsvolunteers have been requested to assist with the following activities:
Registration
Aid Stations
Timing and Scoring
Finish Line/Awards
Refreshments
Set-up
Parking
Super Kids Zone
Tear-down/clean-up
Post-Race Celebration
