Comanche Warrior 50 Mile Bike Ride

Volunteer in the early morning beauty of the Wildlife Refuge!

As part of the festivities surrounding the 23nd Annual Comanche Nation Fair, the 3nd Annual Comanche Warrior Bike Ride is set for Thursday, September 25, 2014. and the route will wind through 50 miles of the Wichita Wildlife Refuge starting at the Comanche Nation Complex Powwow Grounds. Registration begins at 7 am

The Comanche Nation Fair is not only a celebration of the culture of the proud Numumu people, but an opportunity to give back to the local communities through an array of free event for all to enjoy. This year’s Fair theme is “Voices in the Wind”.   Most events will take place from September 26-28, with the Warrior Bike Ride on Thursday, September 25th.

Medical Reserve Corps volunteers will be assisting with the 3nd Annual Comanche Warrior Bike Ride is set for Thursday, September 25, 2014 to:

  • Provide First Aid
  • Staff refreshments/rest stations along the route
  • Cheer and encourage cyclists!
