Wagoner County Preparedness Expo/Western Shelter

Wagoner County Emergency Management and Wagoner County Health Department are hosting the annual Wagoner County Preparedness Expo at the Coweta Intermediate High School, this year.  The event is on Saturday, March 28th.  However, we will be setting up two western shelters on Friday afternoon and taking them down after the event on Saturday.  We will also need volunteers to help with staging vehicles and assets as they arrive early Saturday morning.  We will need volunteers to man the MRC booth during the event, as well.  Western Shelter Training/Assembly will begin at approximately 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoon.  Staging will begin at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning.  The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. that day.  We will dismantle the Western Shelters at the conclusion of the event.  Please feel free to contact Roger Schilling at 918-430-6552 or rogers@health.ok.gov if you have questions.
