Description:
In order to help our community we must take care of ourselves first. Join us to learn tips on being "fit for duty". During Wellness Trainings we will explore various ways to stay "fit" physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. The more prepared you are the more resilient you are!

Additional Information:

Join us to hear the AMAZING Dr. Rick Cohen discuss how sleep deprivation, fatigue and nutrition affect performance and cause safety concerns in all areas of daily activities, work, and deployment.  He will discuss ways to mitigate and keep you safe, productive and provide tips to enhance performance.  We will also discuss what it really means to be "Fit for Duty".  We hope to see you there!  Tell your friends!

Please park in the front, South East parking lot, by the pond and enter in through the glass double doors.  Look for OKMRC flags to guide you. Other other entrances will be locked. Log-in information for virtual session will be posted on 9/18 and emailed to those registered.
