Participants will learn to recognize the signs of impending labor, understand the physiological impact of stress on childbirth, and develop a comprehensive action plan for safe delivery. The course covers the stages of labor, techniques for supporting the mother, and immediate postpartum care for both mother and newborn, emphasizing the importance of maintaining calm and confident demeanor throughout the process.
