Description:
Mental Health and Stress Awareness provide the most current information on mental health statistics and trends in the US and in Oklahoma. The presentation identifies signs and symptoms to assess, as well as, risk factors and protective factors. This presentation discusses actions to take and strategies to support individual and community resilience.
