Caddo: American Indian Exposition (AIE)

The OKMRC has been requested to provide medical and non-medical volunteers in support the 2025 American Indian Exposition (AIE) from Wednesday, October 29th to Saturday November 1st. The event will be held at the Caddo County fairgrounds in Anadarko. We will be working in an air-filled Zumro tent that will be temperature controlled.

Medical Volunteers will assist with First Aid in the Cooling Tent and provide “roving” teams in the field (if we get enough volunteers). MRC will provide first aid supplies and AED.

Non-medical Volunteers will monitor the sign ins for staff and Cooling/Warming Station visitors as well as help icing down and distributing water and support the medical team.

There will be 2 shifts per day, 1500-1830 hours and 1830-2200 hours (3-6:30 pm and 6:30-10 pm). More information will be sent as we get closer to the event.

OKMRC will be partnering with several agencies to make this happen including Caddo Nation, Indian Health Services, AIE Planning Committee, and Caddo County Commissioners
OKMRC is proud to add that we have successfully worked the AIE event every year since 2013.
