Oklahoma County: MCM Inventory Project

Jun 01 2022

OKMRC volunteers are needed to prepare expired Medical Countermeasures (MCM) inventory, such as Tamiflu, to be returned for safe disposal. This large project at the OSDH Warehouse in west OKC is expected to extend daily through the end of June. Volunteers are needed daily Monday-Friday from May 9-July 1 from 9am-12pm and 1-4 pm with a lunch break. Workers will be in an indoor climate controlled setting and able to be seated during shift. Volunteers will be opening pill bottles as a part of the disposal process. Every volunteer and shift will help us with this large project to maintain a cache of medicines to keep all Oklahomans safe and healthy! More volunteer positions have been added to each shift.
