Individual & Family Preparedness Training - CERT

Are you interested in learning some valuable skills to help yourself, your family or your neighbors in an incident or disaster?

The purpose of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training is to provide individuals with the basic skills they will need to respond to their own, their neighborhood’s or their community’s immediate needs in the aftermath of a disaster, when emergency services are not immediately available.  By learning the basics, individuals are better equipped to provide immediate and potentially life- saving assistance to their families, their neighbors and if formed into formal teams, provide assistance across their community or region.

The target audience for this training is those individuals who desire the skills and knowledge required to prepare for and respond to a disaster.  Remember, you and your neighbors are actually the first responders to your area. Wouldn’t it be great to know what to do and how to do it safely until trained and professional responders arrive to manage the situation. Learn some basic but essential skills, learn to potentially save a life and learn how to ease the suffering from loss. Preparedness starts at home and it starts with YOU!  If you are interested in being a part of this type of training please call or email:
