SPIRIT OF SURVIVAL Multiple Run Events

The 10th Annual Spirit of Survival will be held on Sunday, October 4th beginning and ending at Elmer Thomas Park in Lawton.

The 5K is offered to participates in the Spirit of Survival who are not interested in a long-distance race. Experience all the excitement and emotion of the race by running the Spirit of Survival 5K.

The Spirit of Survival Quarter Marathon is a USATF sanctioned course that features a challenging distance that many can walk, run or walk/run with 8-12 weeks preparation.

The Spirit of Survival Half Marathon is a USATF sanctioned course that also features a challenging distance that many can walk, run or walk/run with 8-12 weeks preparation.

The Super Kid's Marathon is an opportunity for kids 12 and under to participate in the excitement of the marathon, while doing something that is fun, healthy and helps others.

The Spirit Walk event is designed as a fun and festive celebration of life to honor and remember those affected by cancer.

OKMRC volunteers have been requested to be:

  • Course Monitors
  • First Aid
  • Taking down Western Shelter at 12 noon
