MRC Assistance Needed at Waddle Run – “Glowing for 40 Weeks”
The Comanche County Health Department along with Community Partners is sponsoring a 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk at Elmer Thomas Park on November 15, 2014. The event will begin at 6 pm.
The event is called the Waddle Run “Glowing for 40 Weeks”, to promote prematurity awareness month and also educate our community on the importance of waiting until 40 weeks to deliver if at all possible.
Medical Reserve Corps volunteers have been requested to assist with the following activities:
First Aid Station
Staff Assisting Runners Crossing the Road
Staff Water Stations
