Description:
Tulsa County Epidemiologists will provide training on how to conduct COVID-19 Response Epi Disease Investigations. Information will be provided on PHIDDO, COVID-19 and the investigation procedures. In order to attend training you must be willing/able to provide at least 16 hours per week to assist with the Epi COVID-19 Disease Investigations at the Tulsa Health Department. This will allow consistency in the cases. Cases CAN NOT be worked from home. You must come to the Tulsa Health Department at 5051 S. 129th East Ave. due to HIPAA and case file access issues. Training is only conducted on a limited basis as it pulls Epis from their rising caseloads. Medical or public health credentials preferred, but not required. Masks are required to be worn inside the THD Building.
