CAARE is a self-administered process connected to a menu of skills and techniques designed to increase a person's self-efficacy for maintaining emotional and behavioral resilience and connection to family, friends, and community. Originally developed for stressed healthcare/public health/behavioral health caregivers.

Please park in the front, Southwest, parking lot by the pond.  Entrance barrier arm will be raised.  Enter in the front, double-doors by the flag pole.  All other entrances will be locked.  

This training is provided by the OKMRC Stress Response Team.  Presenters are Deborah Johnson, PhD, LCSW-OK and Loren Stein, MSN, RNC--NIC. 

This training is approved for 3 hours of continuing education for LPC/LMFT and social workers
