CAARE is a self-administered process connected to a menu of skills and techniques designed to increase a person's self-efficacy for maintaining emotional and behavioral resilience and connection to family, friends, and community. Originally developed for stressed healthcare/public health/behavioral health caregivers.

Please park in the far North side "Public Parking Lot" and enter in through the double doors on the North side of the building.  

This training is provided by the OKMRC Stress Response Team.  Presenters are Deborah Johnson, PhD, LCSW-OK and Loren Stein, MSN, RNC--NIC. 

This training is approved for 3 hours of continuing education for LPC/LMFT and social workers.  We are also working to provide free Nursing CEs & CLEET credit.
