Date/Time: Hours Credit: Additional Information: Tulsa County Mental Health First Aid Training We are excited to partner with the Tulsa Area Salvation Army to offer Mental Health First Aid Training to our OKMRC volunteers. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. This training would be a great addition to not only your response skill set, but also for your everyday life. As it will cover the common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, substance use challenges, how to interact with a person in crisis, how to connect a person to help, and will cover expanded content on trauma, substance use and self care.
