Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a powerful, lifesaving tool that equips adults with the skills to identify and respond to signs of mental health challenges and crises in peers, family members, co-workers, and other adults. This training would be a great addition to not only your response skill set, but also for your everyday life. We'd love to have you join us.
