Description:
This course is designed to bring awareness to the prevalence and types of human trafficking affecting the nation today. This course will also prepare you how to spot a potential trafficking situation and how to respond in order to save a life.

Additional Information:

We are partnering with A WAY Home for Tulsa to offer Domestic Violence & Human Trafficking Awareness Training.  This workshop is a focused on how domestic violence and human trafficking intersect with homelessness - highlighting risk factors, warning signs, and complex realities faced by individuals experiencing housing insecurity, along with practical, trauma-informed approaches for support.  This information will assist us when deploying for emergency shelters and in disaster response as we know that domestic violence and human trafficking occurs, and often increases, after disasters.
