Join us and our own Rick Cohen, MD, FAAP for these timely trainings this summer. 

This course provides essential knowledge for recognizing, preventing, and treating heat-related health issues and sun damage. Participants will learn to identify the signs and symptoms of various heat illnesses, with a focus on distinguishing between potentially life-threatening heat stroke and heat exhaustion. The course covers predisposing factors, prevention strategies, and treatment methods for heat-related conditions and sunburn. By the end of the training, attendees will be equipped with practical skills to protect themselves and others during hot weather and high sun exposure situations, enhancing safety in both work and recreational environments.

In addition, Dr. Rick Cohen will share tips and tricks on how to prevent & treat Things That Bite, Sting & Itch. This training will not only be helpful in your personal life, but also essential when out on deployment.
