          Welcome and Opening Statements with guest speakers
          Sandi Wiggins, MRC Region VI Liaison and  Esmeralda Pereira,  
          Acting Director of the National MRC Program Office.
10:00 - 12:00   Register for ONE of the following:     
12:00 - 12:50  (Lunch)
