Creek County MIPS SNS Receiving/Distribution Training Participants Needed

Should a public health outbreak occur; the Creek County Health Department is prepared to provide mass immunizations and prophylaxis in rapid response to the community to protect the citizens of Creek County. We are currently updating our Mass Immunization and Prophylaxis Plan (MIPS) warehouse operations training for the Creek County Health Department and are in need of personnel which are willing to assist in with the responsibilities of: •Receipt of the Strategic National Stockpile Medication •Inventorying medication received •Separating (Picking) the medication per Point of Dispensing (POD) for shipment •Quality of Control of packaging and shipment processing to the PODs •Distribution/security of medication to the local PODs Should you desire to be one of the community partners to assist with this important task of preparing the Strategic National Stockpile assets for dispensing to the public please join us in our 3 hours training so you will be prepared should the need arise.
