Tulsa County COVID-19 Vaccination POD Operations - April

OKMRC Volunteers are needed to assist with COVID-19 Vaccination Points of Dispensing (PODs)!

MOST PODs will be at Tulsa Fairgrounds, but there may be a few in other locations. Once you click on the actual shift it will give you the exact location of that POD. After signing up for shift you will be sent an email confirmation of your "approved" shift. Do NOT Self-Deploy!

Some shifts fill up very quickly so you may be asked to assist with a role outside of your preference area. For example, not all nurses will be giving vaccinations. Please be flexible. If you are not willing to assist where needed, please let us know so we can cancel your shift if that preferred area is not available. Please put all "special requests" such as the previous information about only being willing to perform special roles or altered shift times in the "comments" section below when signing up. You will receive an automated reply upon shift approval that states the entire shift time, however, if you requested a shortened shift time in the comments section, that will be honored on the actual schedule. Those will be sent to you the day before your shift. Preference will be given to those that can work all day and have completed all of their Required Trainings.

• Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

****Note: Positions do require standing for extended periods of time.

Please be flexible in your assignments. Needs change daily. Just because you filled a particular role last time, doesn't mean it will be available on the next shift. Please be understanding, kind and FLEXIBLE. Thank you in advance!


Vaccinations are NOT guaranteed to volunteers & staff without an appointment.
