SoonerCON

The organizers of the SoonerCON, observed the medical first aid trailer at Medieval Fair and have requested our
support for the 2022 event. Like the Medieval Fair this is their first event since 2019. They expect 3500-5000
attendees over the weekend with Saturday being the peak. The primary concern is heat exhaustion from being indoors and wearing extremely restricting costumes.
This is an outstanding opportunity for MRC Volunteers to support one of the largest events in the area. not to mention one of the most unusual. If you know what ComicCon is, this is the Oklahoma version. We are needing medical and non-medical each shift.
