University of Oklahoma Medieval Fair

We are looking forward to an exciting year! Medieval Fair, SoonerCon, Bike Rides, Farmer Market, County Fair and OU Football!! It is going to be a great year for volunteering!!

The 2024 OU Medieval Fair is ready for the new venue at Norman’s Reeves Park. This year the host park has been completed the renovations and like last year, the increase for additional support is high. Crowd numbers continue to be in the high 250, 000 range. For the first time last year, we operated a second aid station. It looks like we need to do it again, just in a different format, i.e. probably, a 10 x 10. We were very busy last year and will be again this year.  We will set up on April 4, 2024. We will be in operation for the hours of the fair on April 5 to April 7^th.  If you are local, we could use some hands. We will operate a basic first aid station, offer privacy for a lactation station, baby changes, assisting with lost parents, aiding those unable to walk back to their vehicles and much more support. We have a high need for volunteers with medical credentials. Non-medical volunteers with basic first aid training are a big asset as well. We usually wind up supporting various other things, like assisting with lost parents, parking control and public interaction. Parking will be provided within walking distance, snacks and drinks will be available. Food trucks will be there so bring bucks for the turkey legs! https://medievalfair.org/
