Dates in May have just been added and need volunteers after a recent uptick in requests for test kits. This is an easy opportunity to help out while seated in an indoor, temperature controlled space. Exact address and directions will be sent to volunteers in advance. Did you know? From 2019 to 2022, the number of fentanyl overdose deaths increased 12-fold in Oklahoma, from 50 in 2019 to 609 in 2022. People who use drugs are often unaware that substances might be laced with fentanyl, so these test kits are used as a harm reduction strategy to prevent overdoses.
