The Rogers County Health Department in cooperation with its local community partners will host the 2024 Shamrockin' Days, Friday, 22 Mar, from 10 am. to 2 pm at the Claremore Community Center, 2301 N. Sioux Ave. This facility is located about 2 blocks north of the Claremore Legion Field baseball stadium at E. Blue Starr Dr. and N. Sioux Ave. (4-way stop).

We are looking for 5-6 volunteers (medical or non-medical) to supplement our staff with a variety of tasks at our community event. You may be asked to help with pedestrian traffic direction inside, outside traffic management, assisting mobility impaired guests, and  helping vendors with tear down to name a few.

Parking for staff & volunteers is in the area marked in blue in the upper right corner of the attached map. Pls use the crosswalk at the west end of the driveway when crossing Sioux Ave. Please check in at the community center main building by entering through the south side doors.

It is requested that volunteers report to the site by not later than (NLT) 8:30 a.m. so you have time to park, check in, area orientation, introductions, and receive your assignment.

Volunteers are asked to dress comfortably, be prepared for being on your feet for a few hours, wear your MRC t-shifts or vests, and if you have one, bring a bright colored safety vest (one will be provided if you don't have one.)
