The Well Bike Safety Round UpApr 12 2024On April 12, 2024, The Cleveland County Wellness Center (CCHD) has requested traffic control/parking control/perimeter control support for the Bike Safety Round Up event that is scheduled from 4-8 pm on that day. This is an event that will be promoting safety, skills, and overall wellness for children riding bikes. We need up to 4 Non-Medical volunteers from Noon to 4 to allow for setup of the various stations in the West Parking Lot. And 4 Non-Medical and 1 Medical Volunteer from 4-9 for the event and basic minor first-aid. Parking will be provided for volunteers at the First Baptist Church Parking Lot located at 211 W Comanche St. in Norman and the County Parking around the Courthouse. This is a District 10 request for Volunteers only. This is an Art Walk Night in the Norman DT area and the events will compliment one another, but parking and traffic flow will be in conflict.
