Animal Decontamination Training Exercise

Animal decontamination training and practical exercise at OSU veterinary teaching hospital in Stillwater Ok.  The morning session will be classroom instruction followed by a practical exercise in the afternoon. 

Following a disaster animals can be contaminated with chemicals or biological hazards from the environment due to flood waters, smoke/soot or tornado debris. This training will help prepare volunteers to set up decontamination stations and clean animals effectively with special bathing techniques.
